 * I have the plugin installed but when trying to activate it, I get this error:
 * Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘=’ in xxx/www/wp-content/plugins/visualcomposer/
   visualcomposer/Framework/Illuminate/Container/Container.php on line 118
 * Can you advise how to resolve this issue?

 * The issue is due to an old version of PHP used on your server. You can update
   the plugin to latest version 34.1 which has a fix for PHP 7.0 compatibility issues.
   It might also be a good idea to ask hosting provider to update PHP version to
   7.4 or more, as it is recommended by recent WordPress releases.
