The error is in the Theme "Revolution Magazine". Change to another theme until you get it resolved.

This appears to be where the theme came from:
    http://www.studiopress.com/themes/magazine
    They provide Support.

FTP into your site and rename the wp-content/themes/revolution_magazine-30 folder. This will activate the default theme and allow you back into your site again.

Your web host, Globexwebhosting.com, doesn't say what control panel they use. It sounds like something they built themselves, not cPanel, and their web site is broken, so I cannot access much info about them.

You'll have to ask them if they have a File Manager in their Control Panel and how to use it. That is the only alternative to FTP if you want to fix your problem (other than reinstalling, which would like lose what you've done).

I won't be able to help you because your web host's own web site is broken, preventing me from accessing their documentation on how your web hosting account works.

Try clicking on the Help Center at the bottom of their home page @ http://www.globexwebhosting.com All I get is a 404 Page Not Found.
