 * After update all plugins I get this error
    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected‘[‘,
   expecting ‘)’ in C:\domains\begravenintilburg.nl\wwwroot\wp-content\plugins\yop-
   poll\admin\inc\Helper.php on line 10
 * Now I canoot vitit the page or login or going to thesttings page I only see this
   error.

 * Certain plugins and its code might be compatible with latest PHP version only.
 * Have checked and the error that you are having is an incompatibility with PHP
   version 5.X
 * WordPress Requirements state that to run WordPress system config should be
    PHP
   version 7.X MySQL version 5.6 or greater OR MariaDB version 10.0 or greater HTTPS
   support

 * As soon as you upgrade to PHP 5.6 or higher you will not have the issue.
 * You can request your host to upgrade your servers PHP version
