# Parse error

 * After updating WordPress to v. 4.8 this morning my site was still working as 
   expected. After updating the Customizr theme to v.3.5.13 I received the following
   error:
    ‘Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM, expecting‘,’
   or ‘)’ in mysite/wordpress/wp-content/themes/customizr/core/functions.php on 
   line 3152′
 * Did I do something wrong? How do I fix it? I’m still somewhat new to the WordPress
   platform.

   for reporting this. Looks like an issue with a pretty old PHP version (5.3-).
 * We’re working on a fix.
 * Though you might want to ask to your hosting company to increase the php version
   running on the server.
    WordPress recommend PHP 7+, even if it also works with
   PHP 5.2.4+, but as you can read at the link below _these versions have reached
   official End Of Life and as such may expose your site to security vulnerabilities._
