# Parse error!

 * Hi,
 * I’m getting a parse error upon accessing our WordPress Admin Page.
 * **“Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_ENCAPSED_AND_WHITESPACE in /home/ea3g4u4nfe5st/
   public_html/wp-content/wflogs/rules.php on line 153”**
 * I hope you can help me, I tried to uninstall the plugin and install new version
   but I still get the same error upon activating it.

    I’m still unable to login without disabling Wordfence
   plugin

 * Can you delete the rules.php file and try enabling Wordfence again? Wordfence
   will recreate that file when it starts which should resolve this problem.
