 * I’m still able to access the backend.
 * **The following steps did not resolve the issue:**
    Changing to another theme
   Removing all the sidebar widgets Disabling all the plugins uploading a fresh 
   wp-includes
 * Any ideas?

 * That fixed it… it was something in either wp-admin, or the top level files.
