Hi I'm looking to build a web form using Gravity forms. My users will fill in a form section by section over time and park it/save it/reload it as they go (can this be done). Finally they will export the webform data to a pre-designed PDF I have to which I can map the fields (can this be done) and then be able to download/print that closed PDF. At the same time my web form will capture all the data as well.

Can the above things be done?

Out of the box Gravity Forms doesn't save partially filled forms. You might try Gravity Forms Data Persistence (http://wordpress.org/plugins/gravity-forms-data-persistence-add-on/) and see if that suits your needs.

As far as the PDF portion of your project goes, yes. Our plugin can do what you need. Please see our documentation on installation and configuration - http://gravityformspdfextended.com/documentation/.
