    FTP into your site (or use whatever file management application your host provides) and delete the wp-content/plugins/social-media-page folder.

    I did that, now I get a Error 500 – Internal Server error, I suspect it’s the .htaccess file that needs to be updated, but I don’t have the right code, can you help?

    Actually, just found this,

    I added:
    AddType x-mapp-php5 .php
    AddHandler x-mapp-php5 .php

    to .htaccess and my site is back up!
