Hi @saiem
Just to clarify, do you mean you want to show the category (e.g. /leistungen/) in the breadcrumb output in the Google Preview?
If so, please go to your WP admin dashboard > SEO (sidebar) > Search Appearance > Breadcrumbs tab > taxonomy to show in breadcrumbs for content types and check if posts has ‘category’ enabled?
Or do you mean that you want the category to display in the ‘slug’ field below the SEO title?
No, actually it’s the parent page, not the category or tag. In conclusion, it’s not a post, it’s a page with parent hireachy.

Hi,
Thanks for clarifying that it’s for a parent and child page. Is your concern that you’re expecting to see the parent page in the breadcrumb pathway in the Google Preview?
Because if your concern is for the ‘slug’ field in the Yoast SEO meta box, then it’s expected that it would only show for the last part of the URL and not the parent page.

Yes for google search engine. Because of the Yoast plugin, google just shows the URL without the parent slug. How can I resolve this?
Hi @saiem
We appreciate you reporting this. We do see that the Yoast SEO plugin does output the correct breadcrumb list item schema for the parent and child page hierarchy, as well as output the correct breadcrumb pathway, but it indeed doesn’t reflect in the Google/snippet preview.
We invite you to please log this bug/enhancement in our GitHub repository by following the steps in this article here. Our developers will then be able to respond and advise accordingly. Thank you!
