[Resolved] Parent Page Referencing Most Recent Child Page

  • Does anyone know how I can make a parent page reference the most recent child page. When a visitor clicks on a page it will go directly the content of the most recent child page. What I’m thinking of is some redirect php script that I could enter in the the parent page’s content through the WP admin. Does this make any sense?

  • Ok, I found a plugin that gets somewhat close to what I was looking for. Don’t get me wrong, it’s excellent, it’s just not exactly what I need.

It will definately get to where I need be for now.

Well, still looking for a way to get a parent page to link directly to the most recent child page added. The plugin does a good job except that you have to change the link everytime you add a new child page.

It seems like there’s got to be some easy script that does something like this. Anyone have any idea?

I’m marking this as resolved as I don’t think there is any easy way to make this automatic and the above metioned plugin does the job well, just with a little extra work.
