Parent menu not clickable on mobile

    Hi there,

    On mobile only, if I have a submenu the parent menu item is not clickable to link through to the page, it just expands the submenu and if I click it again it just collapses it. I need users to be able to open the parent page also.

    Is there anyway to make the parent item clickable and show sub menu by clicking on dropdown arrow?

    I can’t share a link as the site is not yet live.

    Hello @scorpe1976,

    Go to Appearance > Customize > Header > Mobile Menu, and set the Dropdown Target to Icon.

    If Marko’s suggestion doesn’t work then it might be one of your plugins that’s causing the problem.

    I know it’s long-winded, but if you deactivate them then activate them one at a time you might find which one’s causing the problem.

    It’s worked for me a few times, so …

    Brilliant, thanks, that worked. It’s my first real site and I’m learning lots, but this had me stuck. Much appreciated.
