 * I am having trouble assigning a parent to a new page I want to add to a website.
 * According to the WordPress user guide a page can be added thus:
    _ To begin the
process, go to Administration > Pages > Add New panel, in the upper right corner
of the panel and click the “Page Parent” drop-down menu. The drop-down menu contains
a list of all the Pages already created for your site.
 * My issue is that the drop-down menu does not contain all the pages already created,
only some of them (and naturally the one I’m after does not appear in the list).
 * Can anyone tell me what I’m doing wrong?

 * That dropdown should contain all of the pages. However, I would recommend a plugin
called ‘pageMash’, it is very good and allows you to order the pages using drag
   and drop.
