Im a newbie and cant figure out how to make a child page. I understand no coding and only basic terminology. I watched several tutroials online but my version of wordpress doesnt have the “attribute” drop down bar on the right of the edit page to change to a child. Help!

Specifically what step of that Codex article are you stuck with?

    Hi Anthres,

Your best bet is to use the most up to date version of WordPress for stability and security reasons. Using an old outdated version of WordPress is dangerous in that it has known security vulnerabilities that some people may exploit to get into your site. Is there something preventing you from using 3.8?
