Parameter Missing (Sur- and Lastname)

Hello,

im using Stripe and your Plugin. All payment methods are working fine, but if i want to use Klarna and do a test purchase and a live purchase i get the error:

‘Paramters missing for Sur & and Lastname.’

What could be the problem?

Hi @hengstigal,

That parameter missing error is unrelated.

It looks like the billing first name and last name is not being used when the source is created.

What kind of multistep checkout plugin are you using?

Do you have a staging site where you can enable Klarna and test mode?

No i dont have a staging site.

Is there any other way how you could help me or do i need to create a staging site? 🙂

Hi @hengstigal,

A staging site would be helpful because I can test with Klarna enabled. Do you have Klarna enabled on your live site right now?

If you do, can you provide instructions on how to navigate your site, add an item to cart etc?

You dont need to check any options, just press:
“Zeichnung jetzt bestellen”
