 * I have Kadance theme. all the ‘paragraph text’ has conflated and I can’t work
   out how to put it back to normal spacing between lines.

 * I understand you are trying to adjust the line height of the paragraph text on
   your website.
 * To achieve this:
   1. Navigate to the theme_ Customizer > Colors & Fonts > Typography_2.
   Adjust the line height of the **Base Font**3. Publish and View Page

 * This will increase the line height of all your paragraph texts.
