• Hi,

I made a panorama, created a package, added it to the media.

If I place the panorama on a page it works as it should.

If I place the panorama in the first TAB, it works as it should.

If I place the panorama in the third TAB, the TAB grows to the needed space but keeps clear. When I click to the (i)-button (show webinformation) on Safari or start in FireFox the developer tools the panorama appears correct.

What must I change/adjust/do to get the panorama shown without any additional input from the user?

The problem can be seen here, clicking the TAB “visit virtuelle”

Thanks for any idea or tip.

  • If you use a commercial plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

It seems that you are using Pano2VR to generate the panorama and embedding it into WordPress using their plugin. You can contact them directly as mentioned in their FAQs or post in the support from https://ggnome.com/forum/.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

    Thanks for the information.

It was not my intention to take advantage of the volunteers.

I don’t know if the plugin is commercial or not. I will check that. I create the panorama. Yes with Pano2VR and I am in contact with them in their forum. I am not programmer for WP, I wanted to help the webmaster who has no experience with the panorama.

I felt free to ask here due to my understanding of a forum is to share knowledge and tips. For all items concerning the product. And this includes for me all available and accepted options usable in WP. I understand the policy that here help for paid plugins is not desired. Sorry for doing so.
