Neither we or the customers get any email confirmations. The orders gets cancelled, even though everything is confirmed in the DIBS payment window.
We have been in contact with DIBS and WooCommerce support and tried different settings, ending up with money getting withdrawn from customers accounts, but neither gets any e-mail confirmation, not we, not the customers, and then the order gets cancelled. And we end up with not knowing which orders money where withdrawned from or cancelled, as all orders get cancelled, and nothing gets into the reports. They tell us to ask for help from here.
I placed a few order myself now, and money get withdrawn from from account, but in WooCommerce it says orders were cancelled and not paid.
This is really bad, I guess we have to drop DIBS altogether for now.
