PAID work-Correct errors in my database

My problem
I have a blog with over 30.000 posts .since i passed 30k posts,if i make a few posts,when i hit the Publish button,mysql crashes (server get stuck until i restart Apache ) .same happens when i update a post .Note -this does not happen when publishing a single post,but after posting a few (like more then 10,with 1 or 2 minutes difference)
