    Hi there,

    Please, make sure you’ve added your website access data here>> (it`s an example, you need to choose your Estatik product) and ordered support subscription. Note, that it should be separate Order (free for 1 year), not the one you have for purchased product already. Then you will be able to add a ticket to the “Submit a ticket” section.
