Hi … I am having exactly the same issue as JefJones. Paid my money and received the email with the key missing. The link to download area is broken.
I also have tried to get a response from the plugin creators but have heard nothing back.

I reached out to their payment processor (Paddle), who is also trying to get in touch with the developer. They offered to refund the transaction. I got in touch with them by replying to the original receipt email whose subject starts with “Your Table Rate Shipping Plus (Single License) Receipt”.
I purchased Table Rate Shipping Plus 2-3 weeks ago. I received the same email as shown above in this topic. I sent emails to both Mangohour and Paddle. No response from any of them yet! I contacted Paypal after a few days and got my money back.
