Paid version is defective, developer ignores all my messages.

When the plugin is enabled, all logged-in users, including the admin, keep getting logged out every 5 to 10 minutes.

The developer was very quick to respond to my pre-sale question, but has been ignoring all my messages about this issue since I paid for the plugin.

This is the worst customer service I could possibly imagine.
