 * Sorry for the trouble. There is an ongoing issue on PayPal end. Meanwhile you
   can use Credit card to sign up.

 * Usually, the message from paypal you have is due to your paypal settings incorrect
   for receiving recurring payment.
 * ANyway, i can’t use credit card. What are the solutions ?
