    I filled out a support form for my paid account and received an email with the following text: Unauthenticated email is not accepted due to the sending domain’s SPF policy.

    Is there an alternative method to contact support?

    sorry for this issue, there is a problem with our JIRA instance and some emails have been rejected. We are currently working on this issue. I have also received your email in my personal mailbox and already send you ans answer.
