I have a new issue. I have someone who signed up a couple of days ago, but I can’t see her. She is showing up in my PayPal as having subscribed and everything, BUT she’s not showing up in my members list. I can’t send her a confirmation link because not being in the list means she doesn’t have an ID number.

Other than cancelling her payment and having her try again, is there a way to get her properly connected? And what would be the reason for her having paid and not showing up as a member?

    (I’m using the Spacious theme.)

Hi, can you enable debug mode and check the log file. Can you check to see if she has been added under WordPress Users? In your PayPal account has her payment been accepted and gone through?

Hi, I’ve enabled debug mode, but I’m not able to find a debug.log file. (I’ve never done a debug before…) Not sure what to do?

She is neither under users nor members. And yes, both of our PayPal accounts say she has paid for a monthly membership, but she is nowhere to be found. And there are only 3 other members at the moment, so it’s not like she’d be hard to find if she were there.

To be more specific, my PayPal says her payment is completed and I have the option of refunding it.

Have you set up your PayPal IPN?

I found something called error-log. Is that it? I was looking for debug.log.

    There’s this:
[10-Sep-2015 23:12:56 UTC] PHP Notice: Undefined offset: 0 in /home2/athomefr/public_html/wp-includes/query.php on line 3716
    [10-Sep-2015 23:12:56 UTC]
PHP Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /home2/athomefr/public_html/wp-includes/query.php on line 4601

And that second one repeats over and over.

Hi, can you fix those errors first before we try and find out what is causing your issue with this plugin.

I didn’t know about the PayPal IPN. I now have it set up.

I’m guessing the simplest thing, and perhaps the only thing, to do at this point is to refund her and ask her to sign up again?

I have no clue how to go about fixing those errors. A lot of people seem to get that one though…

Ok, thank you for your help!

I did check the IPN log and it only has everybody else’s payments this week, not hers, so it sounds like that’s where the issue was?

Okay so that means that it is an issue with her account and not the plugin.

If that is the case and you don’t need any more help with this thread. Can you mark it as resolved.

    Thank you
