    We paid Jackmail for months
    When we tried to used it, It was not in the moderation working time, newsletter was not sent, only day after we realized that our newsletter “did not pass moderation”.
    With MailPoet we never had those issues.
    We looked for the cancellation button in their site, We did not find it…
    We sent them email to cancel… We got no refund

    Hi!

    We work on the GMT+1 (we are based in France) and perhaps the moderation team could be more longer if we not at the office when you send your campaign.
    To preserve the delivrability rate of the server we moderate manually all of the campaigns and for many reason you campaign can be refused because you have to many bounces, …
    You can see the reason in the product but in the next week, you also received a email if your campaign will be accept or refused.
