    If there was a way to give separate review for product vs support I would. The product is probably okay but the Paid support is rude, unprofessional. The plugin crashes my system and despite asking for support last 2 days all I get are rude exchanges of ‘it’s not our fault’ and wait for ticket response. Very very disappointed.

    Sorry for the confusion. We already provided you solution everything was working but now you told your developer delete the fixing that we did as you said

    “We recently had to reinstall the plugin because it was accidentally deleted by a developer.”

    You create two tickets your urgent ticket I set Sr developer who develop this plugin he replied to you with a screenshot.

    For your two tickets, this confusing support guy replied to you, as usual, he already provided you with a solution but I (admin) already told him to give him a solution again yesterday (Friday).

    But Saturday and Sunday offday is limited support so you need to wait. I hope you will update your review.
