Paid Memberships Pro Submit Button

    My Paid Memberships Pro (free version) has two membership levels, Free and Paid. On the Free membership checkout the submit button does not show.
    I notice that if I add a price to the Free version then a Submit button does show. How do I add the Submit button to the Free membership checkout, without being forced to add a price?
