Here are the steps, which might help.

    1. FTP into your site and create a folder /wp-content/plugins/pmpro-customizations/

    2. Create a file pmpro-customizations.php per the notes here

    3. Copy and paste the code from the other thread to the bottom of the pmpro-customizations.php

    4. Navigate to Plugins in your WordPress admin dashboard and find the PMPro Customizations plugin and click the link to activate it.

Then you should be good. We can get login information from you to do this work for you if you post to our paid support forums here:

Thank you so much for replying so quickly and thank you so much for your very simple and clear instructions! It worked perfectly and even with my limited knowledge I was able to implement it easily. I’m very impressed with your support, and with your plug in. You made my day! I hope you have a good day!

I’ve been having the same situation but I wasn’t able to resolve it. I’m pretty new to this and maybe there are some steps I missed. I didn’t Download the WordPress to my computer, I just downloaded directly to my host. I Found the FTP Files on my host site, I created the two files under the /wp-content/plugins/pmpro-customizations/, but when I go to edited I don’t know what you mean with that, sorry for my lack of knowledge. The thing I did was, I Downloaded the code, I pasted it on a TextEdit program on my computer then I was intended to upload to the FTP files on my host, but I decided to looking for some instructions before. And the step 3 you mention a other thread, I’m little bit lost. Can you help me? Thank you for your time.

I think I almost did it,
    1. I create the folder: pmpro-customizations under: wp-content/plugins/
    2. I create the file: pmpro-customizations.php under: pmpro-customization
    3. I clicked edit and pasted the code you gave.
    4. I pasted at the bottom the the other code from the other thread you been talk about with the other person.
    I saved it.
When I finished the steps, I looked up for the plugin PMPro Customizations plugin on my dashboard, I found it but when I go to active it, It says that the “Plugin file does not exist” Where I’ve been missing?

I’ll appreciated your help when you read this.
Thank you again for your time
