    I paid for the WordApp Gold and haven’t received anything on how to upgrade.

    I got an confirmation email from paypal that you received the money.
    I got a confirmation email from you the you received the money.

    I have not received any other emails anywhere.

    I also registered through payment and to get the apk file. I got those emails.

    And now your site says I can’t login as my email is not registered to your site.

    Please fix this issue ASAP!

    The author cannot help you here. You’re their customer and if they supported paid users in these forums then they would get into real trouble.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
