paid for upgrade to grimsby pro but nothing happened

    A few days ago I upgraded to Gridby Pro but the theme did not upgrade and I can see now way to download the upgraded version. How do I get this working?

    I have tried to find a website or contact email for Gridsby but I have not been able to. I only get links back to WordPress. Do you have information on Grimsby? The company is Modern Theme.

    Thanks, yes I have. The problem is I apparently am not registered with Modern Theme. But and therefore cannot use the forum to ask questions. But, when I try to use their “lost password” retrieval system, they tell me they don’t have my email address. I have tried every email address I own.

    I did send an email to Mr Smith, but I have not heard back from them.
