    So, I was having issues with the Colibri Theme.
    I got very upset because I thought I didn’t receive a reply from support for days.
    After 3 days without a reply, I gave them a 1 Star review.
    Turns out the emails weren’t getting delivered properly. I have no idea why the first responses never got to my inbox, but they all came through at once.
    Yes, I checked the spam and the first emails weren’t there.
    Anyhow, all the issues I had with the Theme custom builder was an error from an extension I downloaded about 1 week ago. After two days of back and forth emailing with Colibri Support, (and me getting more upset by the hour) one of the reps suggested it may be an extension- to try another browser.
    That worked! Such an easy fix. I’m happy it’s not that the Theme is broken because it’s so beautiful. I’m relieved I don’t have to rebuild my entire website on another theme.
    They really worked with me, and never gave up their efforts.
