Paid for Pro – non-existing support

    The plugin is nice and works well, but I paid for the pro version for a few reasons:

    * Recipe Ratings
    * Support

    Ratings work, but only for logged-in users. I have opened a ticket several times as a paying pro customer, and have received NO responses.
