    I just purchased and paid for the Professional Premium Plugin but received no email for downloading or key code. I’ve waited nearly a hour for the email to come through but it hasn’t and yes I checked spam folder.

    I have the same issue. The receipt came through fine but it has now been almost 2 hours and still not received the download link. I have emailed you direct as well but not yet had a reply.

    I suspect this is due to Amazon SES IPs being blocked. I just switched to a better email provider.
