    I paid for the premium plugin. But the plugin and the licence key was not sent as promised during the payment. Although I sent several emails to the vendor, no answer up to now. Any idea about how I can ask for a refund via wordpress.org?

    We can see, you have your outlook email provided during the purcahse, and delivery to that email getting failed, We have found your another email in our support desk, and initiated a re-sending of the product and its information to that email. Please check inbox/spam folder and do let us know to our support email, support at acurax dot com if there is any questions/issues.

    FYI: This wordpress support forum is only for support and questions regarding our basic version, and for paid addons/plugins, you needs to contact the support desk directly via email or support ticket at our customer portal.
