Hello,
All PRO features work very well. This can be confirmed by a growing list of our users. We are open to help you and I wrote an e-mail to you yesterday, but you did not reply. Instead of this you published this review which is very unfair and completely not true. Both BuddyPress integration and private messages feature works for 100%. There is something with your WordPress setup definitely. We would help you, but you even did not want our help.

That part is not correct. The reviews can include discussion about “PRO” version as well especially when the plugin upsells or has a paid service with it.

I have sent 4 e-mails to @peterpan1956 since this review was posted and I still didn’t get any answer. The e-mail is correct because @peterpan1956 sent me a message with the complaint just before this review. I used two different e-mail accounts (including gmail) and still no reply.
I am open to help and solve any issues he encountered.

So to sum up, I can asure you that Wise Chat and all Pro features work properly. They were tested many times. The documentation is improved all the time as we release new versions of Wise Chat Pro quite frequently. We provide support of our plugins, so when there are any problems with the setup or compatibility we can offer our help. Please don’t hestite to ask for support. From our experience almost all problems are results of inorrect setup or theme issues. Please bear in mind that despite our hard work sometimes issues happen and usually we fix them very quickly. Just give us a little time to respond and prepare a fix.
