Paid Consultation or Service for Changing WordPress Theme

Hello,

I need to make changes to a free WordPress theme but I’m very new to web design and to WordPress, so I would like to pay someone either to walk me through the process or make the changes for me.

I don’t need an entirely new custom template made from scratch, just have a pre-made template adjusted, but all of my searches on Google seem to get me only to services where they custom-design new templates from scratch.

Could someone please offer some advice as to how I might go about finding the consultation or service support that I’m looking for?
