Pagniation not working for [video_gallery ]

I had recently added this plugin, and so far i have noticed two issues on it. Not sure if it was after the recent update, but the pagination on the shortcode [video_gallery] doesn’t seem to be working for me.

The other issue was that I was unable to access the list of the video posts on the dashboard, as it was throwing following error:
