paging in plugins

Hello again …

Can someone tell me how i can add paging to a plugin ..

i have a database of entries and i added a plugin to show this database .

the call is in a page :

<?php get_bibtex (10 ,7, ”,’
‘ , false); ?>

but the database contain 100+ entries , i dont know how to fix the paging issue , can someone give me an example or help me in this ?
