ah, it looks like you did post a link but without a link text, which is why I didn’t see it initially.
Now, I can see the table and it does have pagination, so I’m not sure what’s wrong there. Could you please post a more detailed error description?

Now, regarding your problem:
The reason for this is in your theme. It loads its own and VERY outdated version of the jQuery JavaScript library. Somewhere in the file “header.php”, you should have a line like
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://www.speedfly.cn/wp-content/themes/HotNewspro/js/jquery.min.js" ></script>
which needs to be removed.

no, it’s not jQuery Colorbox (at least not for this issue with the table). That’s caused by that extra jQuery library which needs to be removed. You will need to remove the mentioned line from your theme’s “header.php”.
