Support » Plugin: Shortcode Pagination for WooCommerce » Pagination shown even after uninstalling the plugin

  • Hello,

Thank you for making this plugin. Once we had a lot of products on sale and it helped us organize the products neatly into pages.

However, later the need for pagination disappeared and we disabled and uninstalled the plugin.

Nevertheless, the pagination still appears, for example, on categories: http://bit.ly/2FnWBoE

Probably it is because of the following: “… For older versions of WooCommerce it is activated on all valid shortcodes.”

Can you please tell how we can disable the pagination on our webshop which was introduced by the “Shortcode Pagination for WooCommerce” plugin and persists even after removing it?

Thank you very much in advance for your support.

    Hey,

If you’ve disabled and removed the plugin then it will no longer show the pagination. If the pagination still appears then it’s either:

    – You need to clear your cache
    – Something else is adding pagination

    Hi,

Thank you a lot for your quick reply!

We are not using any caching plugins and also we do not have plugins which could add pagination.

Is there a way for us to check that pagination was indeed removed when disabling and uninstalling the “Shortcode Pagination for WooCommerce” plugin?

    Hey,

If the plugin is deactivated, then it’s not physically possible for said plugin to still be adding pagination – it *must* be coming from somewhere else!

Happy to login and take a look if you send the details to support@iconicwp.com

    Thanks,
    James
