Pagination is not working on category page completely

In the mentioned URL page one and two working fine but when I click on page 3 it shows me a 404 page.
This issue is happening for all the categories. e.g https://rtoero.ca/category/rtoero-news/equity-and-inclusion/ and https://rtoero.ca/category/rtoero-news/money-matters/
