One of my sites is showing an error on List Category Posts. It appeared in my error log as:

PHP Notice: Undefined index: pagination in /home7/siteroute/public_html/britzinoz/wp-content/plugins/list-category-posts/include/lcp-widget.php on line 32

Line 32 in my file is:
$pagination = ($instance[‘pagination’] == ‘on’) ? ‘yes’ : ‘no’;

I am not sure if it is actually doing anything as a problem though.

The theme “Twenty Sixteen” generated unexpected PHP debug output.
