Pagination comments only works at the top of the page, not at the bottom

Pagination comments only works at the top of the page, not at the bottom, with the new theme update to version 1.135

I have paginate comments without plugin according to this post:

But now, with the new update of the theme, only see the paginated comments at the top, not at the bottom.

I show you a screenshot of my web, where only see Newer comments and older Comment, at the bottom:
