Pagination anchor to job listings

Hi,
I’ve just installed Simple Job Board and found an issue with my installation – if you have the job listing lower down the page, and the listing is paginated, when you navigate through the pages the browser shows the top of the page.

Is there anyway to implement some anchor that automatically scrolls to the job listing?

ps: same applies for search
