Paginating Specific Posts

Hi, I am having some problems with the plugin’s settings. Is there a way I can paginate individual posts, by using a tag filter? For instance, in our website [www.hexapolis.com], we use a tag “list” to filter list-type posts. Can I make the plugin work on only these post types?

Secondly, how exactly can we use the shortcode to paginate a particular post?
