Paginate a single Post

Good day,

i am seeking something i havent found in any plugin i checked so far. So i ask you what i need to look for.

I want to make it possible to split a post not only with a more tag, but also into several pages i can flip through.
The number of pages is at the bottom of the post and you can easily navigate through the pages of the post by cklicking on them.

It should have the possibility to divide the post with tags while editing it or provide seperate text boxes for it.
