Pagespeed Insights still giving errors

Hi,

I’m using WordPress version 4.3.

I’ve installed the plugin and turned on almost all the options, but Pagespeed insights still suggests leveraging cache (files that are causing the error are hosted on my server) and minifying JS, CSS, HTML. I’ve checked if .htaccess has been modified and it was. Any ideas what could cause this?
