Well, these are you recommendations;

* Reduce server response time -> install a page cache
* Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content & Prioritize visible content: remove the google maps + try to optimize your Google Fonts+ add some CSS to your critical CSS to make sure the space for your revslider is foreseen.
* Leverage browser caching: those google maps again
* Optimize images: optimize your images with a plugin (AO 2.4 will probably include shortpixel image optimization)

so it’s not an option you have to tick or untick, but the critical CSS which needs some attention 🙂
