Pages will not update and media file will not show grid library

    I am at wits end! I have been removing plugins one at at time. I did a backup restore and still when I perform any of the following the site goes to a white page and I can hit the back button on the browser to return.

    When trying to edit the themes css

    When deactivating a plugin

    When trying to post an event with the themes form

    And when I use the dashboard to view media the grid view will not display media.

    I am so in a world of hurt right now.. please I hope someone has an answer.

    Hi Steve,

    Maybe try switching to a theme like Twenty Sixteen and see if that fixes the problem. If you can’t do it through the Dashboard (Appearance > Themes), you can upload the theme via ftp and rename the current themes folder.

    Could you post the address of your site?

    Please make sure you have a backup of the files, folders and database that make up your site before you make any changes.
