# Pages -vs- Posts

 * I just upgraded to 2.1 with no real issues, except for 1 small change from what
   i can tell. I was using a snippet to show recent posts in my sidebar, came with
   the original theme i believe. Now, rather than just showing my recent articles
   that i wrote, it also includes Pages in the list, such as News or About. Did 
   something change in the architecture that would cause that to now show pages 
   as well? I lost the old code i had and tried the recent posts plugin from [http://mtdewvirus.com/](http://mtdewvirus.com/)
   with the same results. Any ideas?
